We would like to inform you that, Go Holiday is designated different contact centre. Reason being, their booking is a package booking that Call Centre does not have the access to retrieve package booking.
However, the agent should have attended to your inquiry first before advice you to contact Go Holiday. We have forwarded your feedback to Premium Line floor manager for their kind action.
