Love Hate Relationship

I have a love hate relationship with our Red Friend (Air.Asia)..

Of course i love them cause they enable me to fly more often..hehe..

But at times I also hate them when they give really sucky customer service.

Latest incident..

Kan i book my Taiwan trip thru AirAsiaGo..
So I'm unable to customize my flight booking..

So kena buat asing..
Bila nak pre book thru internet for baggage + meals..
Asek la system error..
Bangang betul..

So after a few weeks of trying..
And still tak boleh..
Aku pon dah restless lah kan since travelling date is nearing..

So I gave them a call..

Sekarang kalau nak call bercakap ngan customer service officer dia..ade premier line..
Dalam erti kata lain.. sila la bayar..
Seminit dalam RM1.92 camtuh..

Ok fineeee... akak bayarrr..
Tapi masalah nye.. kau kena tunggu lama gile on the line sebelom ade org angkat..
And all this waiting you're still being charge..
Lepas lebih 5 minits.. hati aku pon dah panas la kan..
Babi betul.. dekat 5 minit nak abes RM20..itu pon belom dapat bercakap ngan manusia lagik nih..

When i was about to give up..(I was fuming at this point..)
sambil type complaint email (which tak berbalas sampai hari nih. bunguks)..
Tetiba dengar org angkat..
bagus..

Cakap lemah lembut and very helpful..
Bagus.. aku dah bayar mahal2 kalau cakap kuar ajar mmg nak kena lempang la kan..

So tanye la dia.. kenapa ade masalah nih..
Dia kata tatau..AirAsiaGo bukan dalam jurisdiction diorang..
Fineeeeeeee..
Aku sabar lagik..

Pehtu dia kata.. takpe.. dia boleh tolong..

Kalau beli online for baggage.. untuk AirAsiaX..15 kilo is RM30..
Tapi kalau beli mase kat airport.. dia mahal sikit jadik RM40..

So aku bajet2..kalau book thru phone pon same la harga ngan airport kan..

Not even close..
For phone booking.. they're charging double for everything..
Bangangggggggggggggg..

Masalah nye bukan aku taknak book online..
Tapi system ko tuh yg asek problem kan..
Last2.. aku tak book pon online.. sebab aku nak check kat sales kaunter dulu..
(bile aku tanye harga sales kaunter minah tuh takleh nak jawap..haishhh..)..

Aku pon dah susah ati lah kan..
Worse case scenario nak kena booking gaks nih..
Sebab kalau kena excess baggage lagik melampau mahal dia kan..
Ingat kan aku nak amik 45kilo untuk bag balik nanti..
But that's gonna be around RM260!!!
Shit.. boleh buat beli tiket pegi phuket ok time sale.. huhuhu..

Time is running out..
Last saturday we finally went to Subang Airport..

Dah sangat cantik SkyPark tuh sekarang..
Last year mase aku still keja MAS.. banyak kedai belom bukak..
Nih dah cantik dah.. suke aku tengok.. hehehe..

So bile pegi sales kaunter..
Dah berjaya lah book..Bear in mind AA-X mmg mahal sikit from normal AA flight..
- Seat pegi balik (RM25 per pax per way)
- Meals pegi balik (RM10 per pax per way)
- Baggage (45 kilo baru RM160)

Fuhhh legaa...
Rupe nye sales kaunter sama harga dengan online.. huhuuh..
So kalau korang ade masalah dengan online..
Sila lah pegi sales kaunter ok..
Wayyyyyyy cheaper...
Aku tau Subang Airport ade satu.. KL sentral ade satu..
Tapi online tetap lah terbaik kan..

So sekarang semua dah settle..
Baru lega..

Seat allocation tuh mcm mahal kan.. (kalau biase RM5 jek satu kepala)..
Tapi I'm not gonna take any chance that may spoil my mood on that day..
4 jam 40 minit tuh mase penerbangan..
So kalau dapat seat tak best.. or terpaksa dok jauh2 ngan abang leman.. that's a long time to be moody.. hehehe..

Sekarang tengah sibuk finalised itenery..

Walaupon ade yg cakap.. "ala..redah jek.. adventure.."

I always like to plan and be prepare during my holidays..
Leman senang la.. apepe hal toleh jek pade bini and ask.. "Lepas nih kita nak pegi mana?"
Ciss.. so kalau aku tak study/ plan.. termenung la tepi bus stop tuh nanti.. huhuhu..

This is the second time yg kitaorg jalan berdua yg jauh sikit..
Sebelom nih paling jauh jalan berdua pon is Phuket..
So macam nerves sket..hehe..
